Payment process for Nido Spitalfields

1. Application Process Fee

Amount: £50

Reason for payment:
To process your booking request. This is a one off payment and is non refundable.

2. Damage Deposit

Amount: Equal to 4 weeks rate

Reason for payment:
This is to cover any damage that may happen to your room during your stay at Nido. 

3. Advance Payments

Amount: Equal to 4 weeks rate

Reason for payment:
This covers your last four weeks at Nido.

Once this payment has been received and confirmed by reservations your dates of stay are confirmed and cannot be changed. 

4. Payment Plan

Amount: The total amount for you to stay, minus 4 weeks advanced rate, then divided into 2 equal payments*

Reason for payment:
Main payment for your accommodation at Nido

We accept all main credit cards. From 1st March 2012, we will be accepting AMEX directly via the Finance department in Nido King's Cross. Bank Transfers will take 3-5 days to clear in our bank account. Should you have any problems with payments or like to check your payments please contact our finance team on 020 3102 1011.

*Should you wish to pay your entire bill prior to arrival, you will receive 2% of the accommodation value onto your cashless account. Only applicable to 43/51 week bookings.
