In our annual customer satisfaction survey which surveyed 1/3 of the Nido population, our residents rated Security as a main reason for enjoying their stay with us. It is easy to see why; our staff are friendly, helpful and very well trained. All have done courses in first aid and constantly have the resident’s best interests at heart.
24 hour security
Nido student accommodation operates an Electronic swipe-card entry system with the ability to match key card to a photo of the resident. There are also 24-hour security staff with multiple security monitoring rooms, CCTV outside and inside of the building.
