Student Satisfaction Survey
We pride ourselves on keeping our students happy, so every year we run quarterly student satisfaction surveys so that we are able to assess how we can improve our service to you. Here is what 303 of our residents had to say about Nido in the last Student Satisfaction Survey held in March this year.
The top 3 reasons people chose Nido over other housing options were:
- Location in London
- Quality of the accommodation
- The idea of being part of a student community
89% of our residents would recommend Nido to a friend with 72% saying Nido was what they expected and better!
72% visited our website before arriving (that's you!) with almost all of them (99%) finding it informative and easy to use.
When describing the building, residents rated security, location and cleanliness highest. And with regards to facilities; cashless vending, social events and the Nido front desk came up tops.
And finally some interesting facts with regards to the demographic breakdown in Nido King's Cross:
58% of our students are female with 42% being male, illustrating an even split between the genders.
Nido also has a large international population with 60 nationalities living in the building and 90% of our residents being non-British
