You will need to book online through our reservations system. Please click the Reserve My Place button to the right of your screen to begin this process also outlined below.
Please see our booking terms and conditions and cancellation policy (pdf) before completing your application, all applicants must be 18 years or over to apply for accommodation at Nido.
Application
You apply online and we reply with an Acknowledgement Email. We will review your application and confirm whether space is available at the rate you’ve chosen. If so, we will process the £50 application processing fee and then send you an Acceptance Email.
Reconfirm & receive documentation
We reconfirm with you that you want the space you’ve selected
We then send you a shortened version of the student handbook, a licence agreement, a Notice to Quit form, a request for you to pay 4-weeks rate in advance and 4-weeks damage deposit.
Send deposit and documents
You pay your 4-weeks fees and 4-weeks damage deposit within the time allocated.
Once this payment has been received and confirmed by reservations your dates of stay are confirmed and cannot be changed.
You also return your signed licence agreement and Notice to Quit. You must also send us a copy of you acceptance letter to Uni, Two passport photos and a copy of a government issued ID (passport/EU ID card).
Confirmation
Once all the items above are received, your space is confirmed.
We send you a Confirmation Email
Arrival and further payments
You arrive on your agreed check-in date. Future payments will be due at designated dates according to your licence agreement.
Documents you must send back:
- Signed licence agreement
- Notice to Quit.
- A copy of your acceptance letter to Uni.
- Two passport photos
- A copy of a government issued ID (passport/EU ID card).
