Nido Fitness Centre
The Nido Fitness Centre is located on the ground floor and gives all Nido students the opportunity to do their workout at home.
The Fitness Centre includes:
- Synchro Excite Running Machines
- Bike Excite units
- Leg Extension Trainer
- Run Excite units
- Chest Press Trainer
- Concept ll Rower's
- Leg Curl Unit
- Pulldown Trainer
- Cable Crossover Trainer
All you have to do is register at the Front Desk, book an appointment for a Fitness Centre induction and pay a £10 induction fee. Once this is completed you will have the freedom to use the equipment at no additional charge. The Fitness Centre is open Monday to Sunday, 24 hours a day.
Please note that students are expected to act responsibly and be aware of their own limitations and medical history when using the equipment provided.
